The Graduate Certificate in Environmental and Resource Economics (GCERE) at Portland State University offers an introduction to important analytical tools, including cost-benefit analysis. Students in the certificate are both mid-career professionals and any student in a Master’s degree program at PSU.The GCERE offers small classes and expert faculty. GCERE faculty have done years of research in areas including:

  • economic impacts of fracking
